Kenny Sun Studios has announced "The Naturalist Update" for its 2025 title Ball X Pit, marking the game's final free post-launch content patch. According to reporting from Nintendo Life, the developer confirmed that the release is "coming soon," with further details expected to be shared shortly.

In an announcement shared by the studio, Kenny Sun Studios teased the core addition coming in the patch, stating: "We're back with even more balls in the Naturalist Update - our final free update. More news soon."

Post-Launch Roadmap and DLC Possibilities

While The Naturalist Update serves as the final free content drop for Ball X Pit, it does not rule out future development entirely. By specifically designating this release as the final free update, Kenny Sun Studios leaves open the possibility of future paid updates or DLC.
