Early Week Highlights: Game Pass and Sandbox RPGs

The week begins on Monday, August 3, headlined by the action RPG Beast of Reincarnation, which launches directly onto Xbox Game Pass and is Optimized for Xbox Series X|S. Set in a post-apocalyptic Japan, the title centers on dual-character combat commanding a protagonist named Emma alongside her companion dog, Koo. Joining the lineup on August 3 are the Arthur Conan Doyle-inspired puzzle title Detective Holmes: Hidden Objects and the story-driven space exploration game Space Tail: Definitive Edition.

On Tuesday, August 4, life simulation sandbox RPG Kynseed makes its arrival. Developed by veterans of the Fable series, Kynseed puts players in a 2D open world to manage farms, run businesses, raise families, and battle monsters as characters age over time. Tuesday's releases also include Fading Clouds, a 30-level cloud-navigating puzzle adventure.

Mid-Week Genres: FMV Romance and Tactical Puzzles

Wednesday, August 5, brings two distinct indie experiences. Five Hearts Under One Roof offers a first-person interactive FMV romance game featuring branching storylines and multiple endings. Alongside it, Mate’Morphosis introduces a chess-inspired puzzle mechanic where a player's single piece transforms into whichever enemy piece it captures.

Thursday, August 6, brings the largest wave of releases for the week:
